The World Endurance meet has come in for lavish praise from all concerned.

"This facility here is simply out of this world," beamed Ian Williams, chief of the Ground Jury at this competition.

"During the first stage, we were able to process 167 horse and rider combinations in less than 30 minutes. I've never seen anything like this anywhere else in the world," Williams added.

"I think this is a great venue to have a world championship," stated Alke Stuhrberg.

Kelleway, a competitor herself for her native Germany, has been doing a bit of crewing for competitors at major rides in and outside Europe for the past three years.

"There are many good venues in Europe. Well, most of them are good. But this one beats them all," she said.
